4 Day Intensive Chocolate Course

$675 per person.

 

Make your holiday an educational one.  Learn the basics of bean to bar chocolate making in this 4 day intensive.  We will make a variety of chocolate products, starting with organic cacao beans.  You will receive a syllabus, a pound of raw cacao to take home to work with, as well as  the products you have made, and  certificate upon completion. Local accommodations and activities can be arranged through our sister company, CampBellyDance.
